I just bought Galaxy Grand 3 days ago and tired with the the USB connection, I've downloaded and installed the latest KIES and Driver but the MTP Device can not installed properly, I don't know what happen, I've install and reinstall over and over. I tried to change with several cable data but the result still same I also download the driver from here but not help at all.

I use WinXP on my PC, can someone help me please, I need to transfer photo and file on to it.
