The app does what it should, albeit a little confusing at first. Can I just say though that the first day owning it and getting everything setup and tested was an absolutely annoying process!! The amount of syncing the app requires is just ridiculous, why not create a channel of communication via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi that syncs changes on the fly? Also, minor thing but again with the syncing.after we wait for the app to finish syncing, pickup the remote and it's not done.can this at least be synchronized so the app and hardware is done at the same time? Besides that, the associated hardware is great and this app has so much potential.

App and hub are buggy and unreliable, had a very difficult time setting up a TV and sound bar. The TV still doesn't turn on reliably even though other commands work fine. I bought 2 hubs for 2 different rooms, hoping to connect them to Google Home Minis in each room. I am very disappointed to find out you can't control more than one hub though Google Home, even though they are in completely different rooms.
Is a consistent/reliable user experience that hard to ask for in 2017?
